o New 04/23/2026 - ATTENTION NEW COMMITTEES: The registration fee for new committees who file a Statement of Organization (NADC Form A-1) with our office is now $150.

o New 04/23/2026 - **All LATE FILING FEES have DOUBLED! On April 15, 2026, Governor Jim Pillen signed LB1075. Our office will assess the new late filing fee amounts on any filing that is due on or after April 16, 2026**
o New 04/23/2026 - REMINDER CANDIDATES: All candidates who have filed to appear on the 2026 Primary election ballot must file Primary election campaign statements if they have a committee registered with our office.
