o New 06/04/2026 - ATTENTION NEW COMMITTEES: The registration fee for new committees who file a Statement of Organization (NADC Form A-1) will be $150 beginning July 18, 2026.

o New 06/04/2026 - **All LATE FILING FEES are DOUBLING! On April 15, 2026, the Governor signed LB1075 into law. Our office will assess the new late filing fee amounts on any filing that is due on or after July 18, 2026**
o 04/23/2026 - REMINDER CANDIDATES: All candidates who have filed to appear on the 2026 Primary election ballot must file Primary election campaign statements if they have a committee registered with our office.
